Pearce Construction began building homes in California in 1984. Originally, Dave was active in Santa Rosa, Bodega Bay and Alexander Valley.

General management is up to Dave, but Jay O'Neal, Tony Abreu and Dennis Brown are the professionals that make it happen. Dave works closely with his leaders to integrate all activities. Everything is schedule critical. It has to work in order.
